How am I doing? We had a group meeting today to see how fit each person though they were or weren’t. Next Sgt. Say and I asked the first week went on their new diet and workout plans. Then we took them to Skyline College to do a half fitness test which is the 1 mile 1 minute push-ups 1 minute sit-ups. We took down the scores and kept them to see how much they would improve next week, and then got a game of basketball going.
