Action: Talked with the recruits and made individual workout plans and diet plans for each person.

Next action: Get a group activity day and exercise plus take down height and weight.

How am I doing? I met the people I would be helping today and they seem eager to start. Me and Sgt. Say sat down with each person to see what they usually do to workout and how they usually eat. After that we made a weekly workout plan that told them what they would be doing everyday. On Monday Wednesday Friday would be some sort of cardio exercise that might be sprints jogs or biking. On Tuesday and Thursday it would be a weight exercise if they had a gym membership or a plan with push-ups, sit-ups and body squats if they didn’t have a membership.
