Actions: We are going to have a group meeting and take down weight.

Next action: set goals for each person whether it is weight loss or doing better on fitness test.

How am I doing? Me and Sgt. Say took them to Skyline College again to do the fitness test but everyone seemed to still be the same. I didn’t expect that at all because if they are doing their workouts everyday they should show signs of improvement by now but everyone was still around the same weight and their scores were the same. So after the fitness test we decide we’d have them separate into teams and have relay races to get more cardio in.
